Area B is made up of 10 diverse counties, Silicon Valley and the extended Bay Area. We have many events planned each year! Come check us out!

NewB Advisor Conference – East Bay – Hosted by Area B

DATE: September 2, 2026
LOCATION:  Castro Valley High School
REGISTRATION START TIME: 1:00 PM
TIME: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Are you in your first three years in activities? Join us for this conference designed to provide you with the nuts and bolts to not just survive, but thrive this school year. Hear tips and tricks from experienced Activity Directors and have the opportunity to ask your questions. Plus, this is a great opportunity to connect with other advisors like you.

CADA has gone paperless with our registrations! You can register online and register with a credit card or check. Check payment needs to be received weeks prior to the event. NO POs. For check payment you will select “Sending Check” on the payment options. All attendees must register online before sending payment. 

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to  two weeks prior to the start date of the event. If you are canceling your entire registration prior to two weeks before the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you are reducing your attendee count by 5 or fewer students/advisors CADA will give a full refund, for those delegates. Any more than 5 attendees will be at the discretion of the event organizer for the amount refunded. There are NO refunds given after the refund cutoff date.

Bay Area Student Conference – Hosted by Area B

LOCATION: El Camino High School, South San Francisco
REGISTRATION START TIME: 7:45 AM
TIME: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Come network with students and activities directors from around the Bay Area. Hear an amazing keynote speaker, attend workshops, and participate in activities to help your students grow as leaders and your program move to the next level.
